Carl Witonsky
Chairman of the Board

Falcon Capital Partners, LLC
Carl Witonsky has over 35 years of health care operational and venture capital experience. Prior to joining Falcon, Carl was the Managing Director of The Flying W Fund, a satellite group of St. Paul Venture Capital, where he focused on investments in healthcare information technology. Carl served as Chairman of the Board of Integrated Medical Management prior to it’s sale to Advanced Health, CEO of MediCode prior to it’s sale to United Healthcare, Chairman of the Board of Pace Health Management prior to it’s acquisition by 3M, CEO and Chairman of the Board of GMIS, the leading provider of fraud and abuse software for the health care payor industry (now McKesson/HBOC), during its initial public offering. Carl started in the health care sector with Shared Medical Systems (now Siemens) where he was on the Senior Management Committee and was the Senior Vice President of Development and Operations. In addition, Carl was an Advisory Systems Engineer and Marketing Manager at IBM. Carl is currently the Chairman of the Board of Sentillion, Inc. and is a Board member of Health Market Science, Inc. Carl is a graduate of Albright College with a bachelor’s degree in Math and Physics as well as a graduate of IBM’s Systems Research Institute.

Bruce J. Bauer
Newbury Ventures
Bruce J. Bauer, a co-founder of Newbury Ventures, has been in the venture capital industry since l984 when he joined as a principal of Berkeley International Capital Corporation. He is primarily focused on early stage venture investments with emerging companies in the fields of imaging and device technology, information technology, and e-health.

Prior to founding Newbury, Mr. Bauer was the Managing Director of Berkeley Medical Investments, and a director of Berkeley/NED Management Company. He was responsible for managing those technology funds $54 million in investments in over 33 software, communications, medical and technology related companies. These included Acuson, Landmark Graphics, Dianon Systems, Lumisys, Crystal Semiconductor, Sepracor, Resound, Ventritex, Nellcor, and Protocol Systems.

Before Berkeley, Mr. Bauer worked in R&D, engineering and general management for venture backed and public technology companies. He held several management positions at Diasonics and Fischer Imaging, including responsibilities for business development, product development and engineering, clinical research and marketing for digital X-ray and ultrasound imaging systems.

Mr. Bauer has been a director of a number of companies including Lumisys, Block Medical, and LaJolla Technology, and currently serves on the board of Okena, HydroCision, Real Time Image Ltd, and Sentillion. Bruce holds B.S.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

C. Martin Harris, M.D., M.B.A.
The Cleveland Clinic Foundation
C. Martin Harris, MD, MBA, is the Chief Information Officer and Chairman of the Information Technology Division of The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. Additionally, Dr. Harris is Executive Director of e-Cleveland Clinic, a series of e-health clinical programs offered over the Internet.

Nationally, Dr. Harris serves as the Chairman of the National Health Information Infrastructure (NHII) Task Force of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), the largest information and management systems society in the world. He is also the Chairman of the Foundation Board for the e-Health Initiative, a public policy and advocacy group established to encourage the interoperability of information technology in healthcare.
Dr. Harris received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. His residency training in general internal medicine was completed at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar fellowship in General Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and holds a Master's in Business Administration in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Angel Morales
Merrill Lynch Ventures, LLC
Angel Morales is a Senior Principal in Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity ("MLGPE"), a diversified private equity initiative at Merrill Lynch & Co. At MLGPE, Mr. Morales works with other generalists in reviewing and investing in a variety of private equity opportunities. Mr. Morales has worked with numerous early, mid and late stage businesses within the MLGPE portfolio, including businesses within the healthcare, insurance and building products sectors. Mr. Morales has been with MLGPE since 1996. Mr. Morales has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Robert Seliger
CEO, Sentillion, Inc.
Robert Seliger is widely recognized as a visionary at the forefront of converging technical, market and clinical trends in health care. Mr. Seliger's guidance and foresight has resulted in the creation of a formidable new company, as well as a thriving new market segment for health care information technology. Since founding Sentillion, Mr. Seliger has raised $30 million in venture capital, and led the company to key strategic partnerships with health care IT leaders in both the vendor and provider communities. Mr. Seliger is frequently sought after to author papers and present around the world on various topics, including systems integration, information security, and health care standards. Prior to co-founding Sentillion, Mr. Seliger was a distinguished scientist, senior R&D manager, and chief architect of an international team responsible for the development of Hewlett-Packard Medical Product Group's largest portfolio of clinical information system products. Presently co-chair of the Health Level Seven (HL7) CCOW Committee, Mr. Seliger also served as the co-chair for the Andover Working Group. Mr. Seliger holds a Master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
