SENTILLION vBUSINESS AND NWN CORPORATION SIGN RESELLER AGREEMENT

One of North America’s Largest Private Networking Services Company To Provide Customers With A Cost-effective and Easy to Deploy Virtualization Solution for Managing Distributed Workforces

ANDOVER, Mass. - January 29, 2007 - Sentillion vBusiness, a division of Sentillion, Inc., and NWN Corporation today announced they have signed an agreement under which NWN will resell Sentillion’s vThere™ solution, an award-winning packaged desktop virtualization product, to organizations looking for a cost-effective and easily deployed approach to managing distributed workforces.  As a Gold Partner, NWN will serve as a primary value-added reseller (VAR) partner in the eastern United States and will work with Sentillion to market, deliver and support vThere in a variety of markets including financial services, education, utilities and media.

vThere is a packaged desktop virtualized desktop solution, which leverages virtualization technology to create a corporate managed secure end-point that runs on any contemporary Windows based workstation. End points at remote locations such as a virtual call center agent's home office are secured and controlled by creating corporate virtual computers, which run on, but are isolated from, the underlying unmanaged PC.
